Official Rent Contract

We always sing an official rent contract. It covers all the details and conditions of our cooperation.

Regular Payments

We pay by 5th of each month in advance. No delays, no waiting, no worries.

We pay tax, not you

We pay 20% on your rent income instead of you. So your net rent income is much higher.

Maintenance and cleaning

We make carefully maintenance of your apartment. We clean it and fix all technical issues.

Official Rental business

We register all the apartments and get the city government license to rent them to tourists.
